Here at UK Lifting Store Ltd we offer the best lead times we possibly can.
We try and offer next day delivery on as many products as possible. Next day delivery on selected items is available where orders are placed before 1pm. Should lead times be a concern to you or your company we always advise contacting us prior to placing your order.
All selected items are sent on a Next Day Signature Service, unless requested otherwise by yourselves. There are no hidden charges for your Next Day Delivery. Should you have a ‘safe place’ for couriers to leave your parcel, please ensure this is noted in the ‘Comments’ section of your order or ring our office on 0121 368 0662 to inform a member of our team.
The courier used for your delivery will vary depending on the value/weight of your order. The majority of our orders which weigh over 30.0Kgs will be packaged on our secure and robust pallets. Some orders may still be packaged in separate boxes, depending on the goods ordered.
All of our deliveries are packaged in the best way possible to suit the end-user. Our packing department will aways take into consideration loading/unloading consequences and weight is distributed evenly (where packed on a pallet), to avoid any tipping situations whilst in transport or when loading/unloading. Our packaging is also weather-resistant.
Should your goods be small/light enough, it may be received in a bag where possible.
Collections are also available from our warehouse in Cradley Heath, West Midlands.

MSA ALTAIR 4XR Multi-Gas Detector

The ALTAIR 4XR Multi-gas Detector Outfitted with rapid-response MSA XCell® sensors, the ALTAIR 4XR Gas Detector can detect combustible gases (LEL), oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen sulphide (H2S) levels. This particular version even has charcoal housing.
This multi-gas detector is suitable for use in industries including fire service, contracting, industrial, mining, oil and gas and utilities. The compliance feature allows you to see at a glance whether or not your MSA multi-gas detector has been bump tested.
Compared to the MSA Altair 4X multi-gas detector, the 4XR is still compatible with the MSA Galaxy GX2 stand. The MSA Altair 4XR box includes the device itself, a charger, a calibration cap and a short piece of tubing.
Backed by a 4-year warranty, the 4XR has the following features which make it one of the toughest 4-gas monitors on the market:

- Can survive 25 drops from 4 feet (1.2 meters) and an incidental 25ft (7.5m) drop onto concrete
- Dust- and waterproof IP68 rating (2 meters for at least 1 hour)
- Operating temperature range: -40°F to +140°F (-40°C to +60°C)

- The data logging function can log more than 500 event logs
- Sense gases twice as fast as the industry average with our XCell sensors
- Confirm compliance quickly with the Bump LED & on-screen checkmark
- Bump and calibrate with 1/2 the test gas and in 1/2 the time vs. industry average
- Bump and calibrate at a specified “Time of Day” with your MSA GALAXY® GX2 Automated Test System
- MotionAlert option, when activated, tells others that the user has become immobile
- User-activated InstantAlert notifies others of a potentially dangerous situation

All lifting equipment deliveries made are on a next day service, meaning that from the time of despatch, allow one working day for delivery. However due to the nature of the business different orders require different carrier methods meaning that sometimes can take longer.Some products may have long lead times if they are not off the shelf items.
Please ring if this is a concern, if an order is placed and the lead time is longer than expected a member of the team will be in touch to discuss. Highland and export may vary.
