Do you price match?

If you find a product that is like for like and cheaper, a member of the team will try their absolute best to match or beat it; we are extremely competitive anyway.

Can I collect my items?

Yes, simply click the collect option on the checkout page and wait for a member of the team to contact you.

How long will delivery take?

All lifting equipment deliveries made are on a next day service, meaning that from the time of despatch, allow one working day for delivery. However due to the nature of the business different orders require different carrier methods meaning that sometimes can take longer.Some products may have long lead times if they are not off the shelf items.

Please ring if this is a concern, if an order is placed and the lead time is longer than expected a member of the team will be in touch to discuss. Highland and export may vary.

Do you provide bulk discounts?

If you are after large quantities, contact the team for the best discount possible.

Can we buy goods from UK Lifting Store outside of the UK?

Yes, you certainly can. We are able to provide shipping quotes, or you can alternatively organise your own carriers to collect. We will cooperate to give packing dimensions and weight. Prices may vary.

What does SWL, WLL & daN mean?

SWL = Safe working load. Provided on most lifting and handling items, this is the weight of which a item must only be used to lift
‍WLL = Working Load Limit and refers to the mass or force that a piece of lifting equipment, lifting device or accessory can safely use to lift, suspend, or lower a mass without fear of breaking.
‍daN = A dekanewton is a multiple of the force unit newton and equal to ten newtons (10 N)And commonly used to rate ratchets strap as a lashing capacity, not to be confused with SWL

How often does my lifting gear need to be tested?

Your lifting gear will need to be serviced regularly and inspected at 6- or 12-month intervals, you can see this from the certification provided or ask a member of the team.UK Lifting Store offer this service at a discounted rate if the item was purchased from us.

Can I get an account?

Trade accounts with 30 day terms are available, we offer these to repeat customers to make the trading experience with UK Lifting Store an easier process. Trade accounts availble at the discression of management. Please contact for further details.
