1.1 What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you, whether these are goods or services.
1.2 Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.
1.3 Are you a business customer or a consumer? In some areas you will have different rights under these terms depending on whether you are a business or consumer. You are a consumer if:

1.4 If you are a business customer this is our entire agreement with you. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to your purchase.

3. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
3.1 How we will accept your order. Our acceptance occurs when we email you, at which point a contract will be formed.
3.2 If we cannot accept your order. We will inform you and you will not be charged.
3.3 Your order number. We'll provide this upon acceptance.
4. OUR PRODUCTS
4.1 Images for illustration only. Actual products may differ slightly.
4.2 Packaging may vary.
4.3 Your responsibility for accurate measurements.
5. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
Contact us to request changes to an order. We will confirm feasibility and implications.
6. OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
6.1 Minor changes. For legal or technical reasons.
6.2 Significant changes. You will be notified and may cancel for a refund.
7. PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS
7.1 Delivery costs. As shown on our website. Some postcodes may incur additional fees.
7.2 When we provide the products:

Goods: Delivery within 30 days.

Services: Start date as agreed.
7.3 Delays outside our control. We will inform you and mitigate delays.
7.4 Collection by you. By arrangement.
7.5 If you do not re-arrange delivery. We may charge storage or end the contract.
7.6 Responsibility for goods. You are responsible once delivered.
7.7 Ownership of goods. Transfers upon full payment.
7.8 Required information from you. Must be provided in time or we may cancel or charge extra.
7.9 Reasons for suspension: Technical changes, legal updates, or requested changes.
7.10 Notification of suspension.
7.11 Suspension for non-payment. Will resume after payment. Interest may be charged.
8. YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
8.1 You can always end your contract. Depending on the reason:

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Contract breach by us

Change of mind (for consumers, under cooling-off period)
8.2 Contract termination due to our actions. E.g. pricing errors or significant delays.
8.3 Consumer cancellation rights. 14-day cooling-off period.
8.4 When cancellation rights do not apply: Bespoke orders, used items, completed services, etc.
8.5 Time limits for cancellation. Varies by product type.
8.6 Ending contract without cause. You may need to compensate us for costs.
9. HOW TO END THE CONTRACT

9.2 Returning products. Return in person, by post, or arrange collection.
9.3 We pay return costs if:

9.6 Refund deductions.

10. OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT

10.2 Compensation for breach.
10.3 Product withdrawal notice. Minimum of 7 business days’ notice.

12. CONSUMER RIGHTS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
12.1 Legal compliance required.
12.2 Returning rejected goods. Post or arrange collection; we will cover the costs.
13. BUSINESS RIGHTS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
13.1 Warranty coverage.
13.2 Repair, replacement, or refund if conditions are met.
13.3 Warranty void if:

Continued use after issue

Misuse or poor maintenance

Customer-supplied design causes defect

Unauthorised modification

Wear and tear or negligence
13.4 No other liability accepted beyond Clause 13.
**13.5 Warranty applies to repaired/replaced goods.
14. PRICE AND PAYMENT
14.1 Prices include VAT.
14.2 VAT rate adjustments.
14.3 Pricing errors. We'll contact you before proceeding.
14.4 When and how to pay:

Goods: Pay before dispatch.

Services: Weekly invoices, payable in 7 days.
14.5 No set-off allowed for business customers.
14.6 Late payment interest: 2% above Lloyds base rate.
14.7 Disputing invoices. No interest charged while under dispute.
15. LIABILITY FOR CONSUMERS
15.1 Foreseeable losses only.
15.2 No liability exclusion where illegal.
15.3 Damage to your property. We will repair what we damage during service provision.
15.4 Digital content damage. We will repair or compensate.
15.5 Business use exclusion. Liability limits apply.
16. LIABILITY FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
16.1 Liability not excluded for:

Death/personal injury

Fraud

Legal warranties
16.2 Other implied terms excluded.
16.3 Liability cap:

No indirect loss coverage

Maximum liability is the value paid under the contract
17. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
18. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
18.1 We may transfer the contract.
18.2 You need our consent to transfer rights. Exception for guarantee transfers.
18.3 Third parties. No enforcement rights.
18.4 Severability. Illegal parts won’t affect the rest.
18.5 Delay in enforcement. Doesn’t waive rights.
18.6 Applicable law and jurisdiction (consumers). English law applies; courts based on your UK location.
18.7 Applicable law and jurisdiction (business). Governed by English law and courts.
