Here at UK Lifting Store Ltd we offer the best lead times we possibly can.

We try and offer next day delivery on as many products as possible. Next day delivery on selected items is available where orders are placed before 1pm. Should lead times be a concern to you or your company we always advise contacting us prior to placing your order.

All selected items are sent on a Next Day Signature Service, unless requested otherwise by yourselves. There are no hidden charges for your Next Day Delivery. Should you have a ‘safe place’ for couriers to leave your parcel, please ensure this is noted in the ‘Comments’ section of your order or ring our office on 0121 368 0662 to inform a member of our team.

The courier used for your delivery will vary depending on the value/weight of your order. The majority of our orders which weigh over 30.0Kgs will be packaged on our secure and robust pallets. Some orders may still be packaged in separate boxes, depending on the goods ordered.

All of our deliveries are packaged in the best way possible to suit the end-user. Our packing department will aways take into consideration loading/unloading consequences and weight is distributed evenly (where packed on a pallet), to avoid any tipping situations whilst in transport or when loading/unloading. Our packaging is also weather-resistant.

Should your goods be small/light enough, it may be received in a bag where possible.

Collections are also available from our warehouse in Cradley Heath, West Midlands.

Note: we cannot obtain proof of deliveries over 30 days old.

If a product arrives damaged, then this must be reported within 5 days of shipment arrival.

Our Standard Euro Pallet Truck is a robust and reliable solution for everyday material handling applications in warehouses, distribution centres, workshops, and industrial environments. Designed to suit standard Euro pallets, this high-quality hand pallet truck offers smooth operation, excellent manoeuvrability, and long-lasting performance.

Featuring a durable cast hydraulic pump unit, this pallet truck is built to withstand demanding working conditions while providing dependable lifting and lowering control. The 2500kg load capacity makes it ideal for handling a wide range of palletised goods safely and efficiently.

The 550mm x 1150mm fork dimensions are perfectly suited to standard Euro pallets, while the 85mm lowered fork height allows easy pallet entry. With a maximum lift height of 200mm, the truck provides sufficient clearance for smooth transportation across warehouse floors.

Fitted with tandem polyurethane (PU) load wheels, the pallet truck offers reduced rolling resistance, improved load distribution, and easier movement over uneven surfaces and pallet boards. The PU wheels also help minimise floor marking and reduce noise during operation.

If you find a product that is like for like and cheaper, a member of the team will try their absolute best to match or beat it; we are extremely competitive anyway.

How long will delivery take?

All lifting equipment deliveries made are on a next day service, meaning that from the time of despatch, allow one working day for delivery. However due to the nature of the business different orders require different carrier methods meaning that sometimes can take longer.Some products may have long lead times if they are not off the shelf items.

Please ring if this is a concern, if an order is placed and the lead time is longer than expected a member of the team will be in touch to discuss. Highland and export may vary.

Do you provide bulk discounts?

Can we buy goods from UK Lifting Store outside of the UK?

Yes, you certainly can. We are able to provide shipping quotes, or you can alternatively organise your own carriers to collect. We will cooperate to give packing dimensions and weight. Prices may vary.
